Relief from cramps

Doctor created a recipe for my wife undergoing chemotherapy, and it works amazingly well. My elderly dad suffers from severe leg cramps, likely due to insufficient fluid intake. This product tastes surprisingly good, and he enjoys it, drinking a bottle daily. It significantly alleviates his muscle cramps, so it's a definite thumbs up. While it is pricey, I found it worthwhile for hydration, electrolytes, and lower sugar compared to typical supermarket drinks.

Miraculous for cramps

****YUCKY****. If you can't get past the horrible taste, it doesn’t matter how good a claim it makes. It's awful tasting. I will drink it, but BIOLYTE will never again receive my money. It’s an acquired taste, best chilled. I have just finished my case and realised I cannot live without this. I’m back for another case and that new Berry flavour. It is miraculous for leg cramps in the middle of the night, and it also helps with my frequent nausea. I love it!

Miracle cure

This product is excellent for preventing dehydration. While fishing in the Florida bays during the sweltering July and August, I often experienced cramps in my hands, arms, and legs, despite consuming water and sports drinks. A friend recommended Biolyte, and it became a miracle cure for my cramps and dehydration. I appreciate the flavour, reminiscent of slightly salty lemon-lime Gatorade, and the results have been superb.

?'?'% works. My son suggested Biolyte after discussing my husband's leg cramps and my chronic fatigue. I have just ordered our seventh case. Believing this stuff works. No more leg cramps and wonders for chronic fatigue. Always have a few bottles in the cooler for outdoor activities. The taste is better than Gatorade. We definitely suggest buying this product. The price seems a bit high, but it’s worth it due to the positive results.

Unfortunately, I did not find this product effective. During a long-distance mountain bike race, I consumed one bottle every three hours but still suffered from severe leg cramps. I personally wouldn't recommend this; I believe salt pills are far more effective in preventing cramps.
